Lisa joins the team from Countrywide Project Management with over ten years’ experience in the legal and real estate sectors. She brings a wealth of expertise in residential, commercial and mixed use property development, investment, funding and leasing.
Lisa will play a key role at St. Philips in drafting and negotiating land agreements and commercial contracts, carrying out legal due diligence on land and properties and managing legal suppliers.
Bringing her in-depth experience of both the public and private sector to St. Philips, Lisa will be a key player in all aspects of real estate transactions.
