The site comprises 2.51 hectares of Greenfield land within the settlement boundary of Eccleshall. In addition, the consultancy team, led by GVA, have prepared the promotional material required for the land north of the existing allocation for 20 residential dwelling.
The team have submitted a Spatial Vision Document within the Council’s latest Call for Sites which sets out how the proposals will ensure the creation of an attractive, high-quality development that celebrates the existing landscape of the site and its immediate setting. The additional land comprises 2.96 hectares and will support the delivery of a Country Park and Car Park to serve the Town Centre of Eccleshall and the Country Park.
Engagement with the Parish Council, local community and key stakeholders is now commencing with hybrid and outline planning applications likely to be submitted in spring 2018. Determination is expected in summer 2018.
