The site currently comprises a large rural brownfield that is located approximately 800m to the west of the village of Napton-on-the-Hill in Stratford-on-Avon.
The technical due diligence that St. Philips has completed allowed for robust, comprehensive representations and promotional documents to be prepared and submitted to the LPA. The team’s engagement with Policy officers has culminated in the site being proposed for residential allocation in an emerging Site Allocations Plan.
Engagement with the Parish Council and local community is now commencing and will run concurrently with the preparation of an outline planning application for 80 dwellings, including a proportion of self-build plots and holiday homes. The application is due to be submitted to the LPA early May 2018, with determination expected in August.
