With over 20 years’ housebuilder and surveyor experience at Taylor Wimpey, Andy is responsible for managing procurement, land appraisals, the commercial elements of land promotion and the sale of land to developers following the grant of planning consent.
With a keen eye for financial planning and reporting, Andy also ensures that costs are sensibly and accurately assessed at the outset and managed throughout.
Andy started his career with McLean Homes in 1998 moving across to George Wimpey and Taylor Woodrow, which became Taylor Wimpey in 2007, before joining St. Philips in 2018.
