Fiona oversees the strategic direction of the St Philips Group. She focuses on brand strategy, marketing, PR and social & printed media. Fiona also works with partners and suppliers to foster existing collaborations and to create new ones. A key area of her work is recruiting the St Philips team and developing effective operating processes alongside her colleagues.
With over 16 years of land and planning experience working in both the public and private sectors, Fiona has the skills to ensure the St Philips Group is moving in the right direction. Having spent her career, to date, delivering large technically complex land projects, she is well placed to align the land and homes businesses and facilitate change when appropriate.
Fiona is a qualified Chartered Town Planner and has previously worked for the Homes and Communities Agency and for major national housebuilders including Miller Homes and Charles Church Homes (part of the Persimmon Group).
