Keir joined St Philips in September 2025 as Planning Manager and has progressed his career having previously worked as a planning consultant for several residential and commercial developers.
He has 17 years’ experience identifying the development potential of sites, preparing detailed supporting evidence, day-to-day management of multi-disciplinary planning projects and negotiation with local planning authorities, statutory consultees, local lobby groups, politicians and local communities. He has been involved and achieved planning permission on a broad range of sites which have included the restoration/conversion of a listed building, redevelopment of brownfield sites in the Green Belt as well as developing sites in sensitive locations affected by National Landscapes.
Keir was previously Planning Director at Godwin Developments and is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
