Richard is responsible for the procurement and cost management of our sites. He spent the first 12 years of his career as a Surveyor at George Wimpey and latterly Taylor Wimpey having joined George Wimpey as a management trainee in 2007 after graduating from University.
An experienced Quantity Surveyor, he ensures all aspects of cost are managed on site to budget. He collaborates with both suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that together with our Site Management Team, everyone works together to deliver high quality homes.
