To support its growth, St. Philips has added Fiona Hooton as Planning Director and Chris Warren as Development Director.

Fiona joins from her role as Senior Area Manager at the Homes and Communities Agency, and Chris from his position as Land Director at Miller Homes.

St. Philips’ current portfolio includes sites across the Midlands region and the South East. These include Monarch Green, a 180 acre site at Webheath, Redditch, which is in planning for the delivery of a substantial sustainable urban extension of up to 1,600 homes, a first school, a mixed-use District Centre and community facilities.

The St. Philips team are all former housebuilders dedicated to ensuring that the sites are value engineered with a full technical and development solution which suits the market environment and maximisies returns.
